By accessing Opal Current and playing our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately surface and cease using the platform.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Opal Current is strictly for users aged 18 and older who reside in the United Kingdom. By using the site, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. Our deep-sea simulations are not intended for minors.
3. No Real Money Gambling
Opal Current is a social entertainment platform. The virtual currency, Lumens, has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or redeemed for prizes. All gameplay in Trench Treasures, Abyssal Drop, and Thermal Vents is 100% free.
4. Virtual Currency (Lumens)
Lumens are provided entirely free of charge to facilitate your research missions. Opal Current Entertainment Ltd retains absolute control over the allocation, modification, and revocation of Lumens at our sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the Opal Current, including the mascot Lumie, game assets, graphics, and code, is the exclusive property of Opal Current Entertainment Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without explicit permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use Opal Current responsibly and for personal amusement only. Any attempt to hack, exploit, or artificially manipulate the outcomes of Thermal Vents or any other game will result in an immediate ban from the site.
7. Limitation of Liability
Opal Current Entertainment Ltd provides this service 'as is'. We accept no liability for any interruptions in service, data loss (including loss of Lumens), or any indirect damages arising from your exploration of the site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of Opal Current shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
